A video of Donald Trump Jr. kissing the feet of an Indian idol has sparked widespread discussion on social media. The footage, shared by CNBC-TV18, shows the U.S. president’s son entering the Ganpati Temple in Jamnagar and performing the act. His new girlfriend was also observed doing the same.

The visit occurred during a tour of Vantara, where Trump Jr. was accompanied by Anant Ambani. Prayers were offered at the temple within the premises.

The event coincided with a grand wedding in Udaipur, featuring a sangeet ceremony hosted by Karan Johar. Bollywood stars like Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor performed, with Trump Jr. and his girlfriend, Bettina Anderson, joining the dance. The impromptu moment went viral, showcasing the couple dancing to “What Jhumka?” from Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani.

Bettina appeared in a gold lehenga-choli, while Ranveer wore a black formal suit. The video also included performances of “Aankh Maare” and “Apna Time Aayega.”

The festivities marked the start of three days of celebrations, with the sangeet ceremony of Netra Mantena, daughter of US billionaire Padmaja and Rama Raju Mantena, and Vamsi Gadiraju, co-founder and CTO of Superorder.
