A newly disclosed document associated with Jeffrey Epstein has detailed allegations that two foreign women were strangled to death during what was described as “rough sex.”

The account, which appears to be the most severe in any record connected to Epstein, describes incidents involving extreme violence.

It also identifies Matthew Mellon, a financier who owned substantial amounts of XRP cryptocurrency prior to his disappearance from public view.
