U.S. Senator Ted Cruz removed profane graffiti depicting “Fck Charlie Kirk” from a Highway 59 wall in Houston, according to a video shared on his X account. The message, spray-painted near a railing on the freeway, was covered with white paint by Cruz, who stated the Texas Department of Transportation has been notified. “Texans don’t have to look at this hateful garbage anymore,” he remarked in the post. The graffiti references Charlie Kirk, a conservative activist killed during a speaking event at Utah Valley University. His alleged assassin, Tyler Robinson, was arrested and is scheduled for court appearances. While such offensive messages have surfaced nationwide following Kirk’s death, some communities have also created murals to honor his life.
