Exclusive footage has been released offering an unprecedented glimpse into Jeffrey Epstein’s private island mansion, revealing previously unseen details that suggest a level of secrecy and potential wrongdoing far beyond what the public knew. The video provides the first confirmed on-site images from inside the compound since Epstein’s death in 2019.
James O’Keefe, head of O’Keefe Media Group (OMG), stated Tuesday that this is the initial installment of a series of reports his team intends to release over the coming days. The video was apparently recorded after Epstein’s arrest but before federal authorities sealed off access to the island. According to O’Keefe, it captures the kitchen interior of what has been identified as Epstein’s main residence on Little St. James.
The footage presents a stark and sterile environment: white walls, stainless steel appliances, and minimalistic décor. Among the few visible items in the room is an unsettling large framed photograph—a nude infant sitting at a sink holding something phallic-shaped. The child’s face has been digitally blurred to protect their identity.
While details about the compound have previously surfaced through drone footage or other peripheral methods, this video marks one of the most direct looks inside Epstein’s domain since his arrest and death by widespread international media attention.
