Rick Allen Jones, a 51-year-old man from Seattle, has been arrested for possessing over 6,000 images of child sexual abuse while working as an engineer at Bill and Melinda Gates’ waterfront home in Medina, Washington.

According to court documents, Jones was identified through online content depicting the exploitation of children. Police executed a search warrant at his residence in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood and discovered thousands of such images stored on his computer. Prosecutors alleged that Jones shared these materials via his Gmail account.

Jones worked for Bill and Melinda Gates at their $147 million estate until late 2014, when he was arrested and sentenced to 90 days in jail for possession of child pornography.
