The Trump administration will have a big presence at the 2026 World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, later this month. The annual conference is scheduled for January 19th to 23rd.

Trump confirmed he would attend the forum after receiving assurances that so-called “woke” topics such as diversity, female empowerment, and the green energy transition would be dropped or scaled back. He also confirmed he would give a speech at Davos in a recent post.

U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick, Energy Secretary Chris Wright, U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer, special envoy to the Middle East Steve Witkoff, Crypto czar David Sacks, Michael Kratsios (head of the White House’s science and technology policy), and Mehmet Oz (head of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services) will join President Donald Trump at the World Economic Forum in Davos.

This marks Trump’s third in-person appearance at the Davos forum during his second term. He previously addressed the gathering by video link last year.

The administration has secured sponsorships from companies such as Microsoft and McKinsey to cover venues that will serve as bases for U.S. government officials during the trip.
