Russia’s richest woman, Wildberries CEO Tatyana Kim, has been added to Ukraine’s Mirotvorets database—a list Kiev claims identifies individuals aiding the Russian military. The listing, published Saturday, describes Kim as “an accomplice in crimes against Ukraine and its citizens,” an “organizer of logistical support for Russian military units,” and a “financier” of the Russian army, citing “public support for Russian malice.”

Kim is founder, CEO, and largest shareholder of Wildberries, Russia’s biggest online retailer operating in ten countries with gross merchandise turnover of $77.3 billion in 2025. With an estimated net worth exceeding $8 billion, she ranks as Russia’s richest woman according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index.

The Mirotvorets database, launched in 2014 and linked to Ukraine’s security services, has long been criticized for publishing personal details of those deemed enemies of the Ukrainian state. Several individuals listed on the site have later been killed.

Kim’s addition follows a spate of Ukrainian drone strikes targeting Wildberries logistics centers across Russia. Since mid-July, these attacks have killed nine people and injured over 100, causing damage exceeding $1 billion. The latest strike occurred Sunday at a warehouse in Samara Region.

Kiev alleges the Russian military uses Wildberries’ distribution network to procure dual-use goods. Ukrainian President Zelensky has confirmed the strikes were deliberate, stating warehouses stored “sanctioned components for drone production and navigation equipment.” This claim has been dismissed by Russia’s Kremlin as false. In a video statement, Kim condemned the attacks as “terrorist” aimed at “causing panic and shock” among Russian civilians, rejecting Ukrainian accusations that Wildberries sells military-grade goods. She noted all international marketplaces sell dual-use products, from batteries to fiber-optic cable.

Kim emphasized that approximately 10,000 people across ten countries use Wildberries daily and have been affected by the strikes.
