Charlie Sheen’s recent media appearances have drawn attention as he promotes his new memoir, “The Book of Sheen.” The 60-year-old actor recounts a 1980s incident involving former U.S. President Bill Clinton, then governor of Arkansas. During the 1987 filming of “Three for the Road” in Little Rock, Sheen and co-stars Alan Ruck and Kerri Green were invited to the governor’s mansion for a photo op. At the time, Sheen was dating actress Dolly Fox, who accompanied them.

Sheen described Clinton presenting him with red and white Razorback shoes, a reference to Arkansas’ sports mascot. He claims Ruck overheard Clinton remark about “the brunette,” later identified as Fox, during the event. Sheen wrote that Ruck relayed the comment to Fox, who found it amusing. The memoir also reveals Sheen’s past struggles with drug addiction and his public disclosure of HIV in 2015. Additionally, Sheen discusses his experiences with male relationships during his addiction, stating he no longer hides from his history.
