Kash Patel recently sat down with Catherine Herridge and provided a significant update on the FBI “burn bags” discovered in a highly confidential back room. The peculiar nature of this discovery has always struck me as extremely odd. The clip I am about to show you appears to implicate Wray and Comey as perpetrators, though Kash does not explicitly state it. What is puzzling is why this was done?
I do not believe any of these top-level Deep State individuals are above destroying evidence, but that is not what transpired here. This is the worst of both worlds for them. The records still exist, sitting around to be found by someone like Kash. What’s the point of hiding them versus just destroying them? I am not advocating for the destruction of files, but I think if you believe they did this out of some faithful allegiance to the law, you are wildly naive.
Catherine Herridge seems to have similar questions as I do. This is a great two-minute clip, watch here:
Let me ask you—when you learned about the discovery of the five burn bags, mm-hmm, here at FBI headquarters, what went through your head? Shock. Unbelievable shock that not just one director and his leadership team, but multiple, would have information that’s supposed to be secured—mm-hmm—some of it’s classified, but I mean, secured for purpose of record-keeping purposes, to keep up with federal statutory requirements, because that’s what we’re supposed to be doing.
And instead, they were deposited in bags listed for destruction. So that was very disturbing. Just that in and of itself, putting aside whatever was in there. The burn bags were found in room 9582. Mm-hmm. That’s a secure facility. Um, I’m told by former agents that it would have some sort of access system, mm-hmm, or key card system.
Does FBI leadership have a good idea who put the burn bags in that room? We do. You know for sure or you have a good universe—We know—of suspects? You know who put the burn bags there? What was the intent of the person who put the burn bags in room 9582? Was it to preserve them to be discovered later or to make sure they were destroyed?
Well, that’s the an—those are the questions we are answering for the public and for this investigation, ’cause not only are we not in the business of not exonerating people, but we’re in the business of taking our investigative—mm-hmm—findings and working with Congress to say, “Look, even though we did not or—mm-hmm—did reach a legal conclusion on the matter, this is of such public importance in terms of the weaponization of government that happened,” who are people like President Trump were targeted, and including myself and more senators that we just revealed thanks to this FBI’s work in uncovering not just the burn bags, but other material related to Arctic Frost.
Mm-hmm. What we want to do is find a public forum to display that information, and we believe that until our investigations conclude, we will be limited in what we can produce. It sounds to me like you know the answer to that question. I do. That’s what I thought. Okay. A highly classified CIA referral containing intelligence about the 2016 presidential election was also discovered here at FBI headquarters in a storage closet adjacent to the FBI director’s office. How many FBI personnel had access to that storage closet?
That’s part of this ongoing investigation, and because we are working through that, I don’t want to disclose the number of folks or even who had access to it because that goes to your other question on who put it there and why did they—mm-hmm—put it there and were there any instructions associated with them depositing that material in these rooms? Am I correct?
Based on my reporting, it is a very, very small universe of individuals who had access to that storage closet. Very small. Is it, in fact, only one? It’s very small.
The public looks forward. Thank you very much.
I’m not saying I don’t trust Trump, Kash and Tulsi. Of course I do. This is the A-team and we’ve never seen anything like it. But I am saying that sometimes you have to do things a little unconventionally to wake up the masses. Because the normies have no idea any of this stuff is coming and some of them are not going to be able to handle it, the cognitive dissonance will literally shut their brains down. Which is why I believe the Trump Administration is doing everything they can to slowly leak these ideas out into the mainstream consciousness: And I think that’s where the burn bags come in.
Look, the Deep State players at war with Trump over the last 10 years are not stupid people. But stupid to the point that they would just leave bags upon bags at the CIA and FBI which in black and white essentially link them to treason and sign their death warrant? I’m sorry but I find that almost impossible to accept. I think what happened here is President Trump and his team caught all of this in realtime as it happened in 2015, 2016, 2017 and then throughout the stolen 2020 election and likely even the efforts to steal the 2024 election, not to mention the two midterms we had intervening. I mean, he literally told us, quote: “I caught them all, no one else could have done it!” I told you at the time he was telegraphing that they had it all. But then you have to figure out a way to get the evidence back out, and it to it in a way that will not cause mass panic among the public. And that’s what I think the burn bags story is all about.
Tulsi Gabbard joined Glenn Beck this morning for a wide-ranging interview and I’m going to show that to you down below…. But one particular question really jumped out at me, and it’s been something running through my head too. Glenn asked Tulsi how and why are all of these documents just now coming out in 2025 in the Second Trump Administration when it seems clear that most of them were generated in the 2015-2017 time frame and would have been readily accessible by Trump’s First Administration. So why are we just now seeing and using them? It’s a great question and something that has been bothering me as well. Tulsi gives her answer, which I think has a lot of merit, but I’m going to expand on that and add my speculation. My speculation and theory is what I’ve been telling you for the better part of ten years now… I have seen how calm, cool and collected President Trump has been for the last ten years, in the highs and in the lows. And even at the lows, when he was facing four lawsuits and even prison time (remember his mugshot?) — even then he looked unusually calm almost without a care in the world. I know he’s a special person and built different than most of us, but he’s still human. How does someone facing all of that, including the war waged on his family – how does someone remain so calm at every step? I believe it’s because from the earlier points in 2015/2016, Trump and the White Hats scooped up EVERY EVERYTHING! I told you back then, they’ve got it all. I believe they caught everything in realtime and immediately stored all the evidence in safe and secure locations. That’s not just Noah on the Internet letting his speculation run wild. No, President Trump told you literally point blank “I caught them all!” Folks, this is not hard to figure out. President Trump and the White Hats caught them all, in real time, and they recorded and saved EVERY everything. It’s why for the last 10 years President Trump has looked and acted like a man already holding the Royal Flush – because he is. He knows he has the proverbial “Trump Card” and “Trump Hand” and he’s just been waiting to play it. He knew we had to get through four years of “The Pause” to show the country just how bad things can get so quickly. I believe he “caught them all” in 2016, in 2020, and again in 2024. I believe he won all three of those elections, but he let them stage the coup in 2020 to allow for The Pause. Because the Country could not have handled it in 2016. It would have looked like a Coup by Trump instead of the other way around. Heck, even in 2025 we still have stupid little “No Kings” rallies. There is still a large portion of the General Population that has believed all of these lies and they are going to be extremely hard to convince and wake up. They’re giving as much time as humanly possible, but soon the sword will need to fall and the dust will have to scatter where it will. That’s my theory, and each day it becomes increasingly more clear that my theory has been 100% right. It’s the “You are Watching a movie” theory – and that doesn’t mean every single moment of the last 10 years has been scripted. But a general arc and outline I believe was scripted and then micro-adjustments have been made on a daily basis to continue funneling reality into the desired outcome. Now I give you Tulsi Gabbard who explains her answer to that question.
Glenn Beck: Hi, Tulsi. How are you? Tulsi Gabbard: I’m good. Glenn Beck: It’s great to see you. Tulsi Gabbard: Good to see you. Glenn Beck: First of all, how’s everything in Hawaii? We prayed for you and everybody in Hawaii. Tulsi Gabbard: Thank you so much. Thankfully, the tsunami passed without any real damage. I was talking to my folks and friends and family there late last night here on the East Coast and trying to help make sure everyone was prepared for the worst, which is what you have to do. It looked like it was going to be quite potentially damaging; they were looking at one-to three-meter waves, essentially ten-foot waves. Horrible. That, in any respect, is kind of a tough day in the ocean, but for a tsunami it would have been disastrous. Again, thankfully everyone is safe and there was minimal effect. Glenn Beck: Let’s go into what has been released and what is still yet to come. As I look at the declassified documents of Russia–gate, it confirms what many have known. Are you surprised at the media not reporting any of this? We’ve known a lot of this, but now the media is silent on it and people seem to be deleting posts and no longer commenting online. What’s happening? Tulsi Gabbard: I am not surprised that the mainstream media is refusing to cover this. If they do mention it, their approach is to try to diminish the effect and impact of the revelations we found in the documents that we declassified and released, or to give voice to detractors who dismiss it as bizarre or crazy. When you look at the coverage and the quotes the mainstream media is choosing to highlight, they’re not addressing the very specific pieces of evidence we released that quote people like John Brennan, the CIA director, and James Clapper, Obama’s director of national intelligence. They are not giving voice to the intelligence professionals who in these reports protested against the malicious actions Brennan and Clapper were taking at President Obama’s direction to create this intelligence assessment filled with falsehoods. They refuse to highlight these professionals because acknowledging them would push forward a very inconvenient truth: it exposes the media’s complicity in pushing this lie and hoax from day one through President Trump’s entire first administration.
Glenn Beck: Brennan and Clapper have been the source on so many things, and they’re in with the media. I wonder if this is just more of the same—somebody asks them if there’s anything to this and they say no, there’s not. How many people are you surrounded by that are still part of that old system? Tulsi Gabbard: It’s a good question. As we find these documents and go through them, declassifying and releasing them, we are learning more about who was directly involved and implicated. We’re learning who may have been in the room and who was loudly protesting against it, recognizing how wrong it was. We have whistleblowers coming forward with documentation of their protests and their refusal to go along with this. There are people still working within the intelligence community who had a hand in this. As we identify them, we can ensure they and others like them, who were willing to weaponize intelligence to subvert the will of the American people, can no longer work in the intelligence community.
Glenn Beck: Devin Nunes, Kash Patel—all these guys were there last time Trump was in. This was produced in the last administration. Why didn’t this come out then? Tulsi Gabbard: It’s an obvious question. I can’t speak for all who were there, but I’ve asked some of these same questions. They were up against the deep state in many cases, people who refused to release these documents. If you remember, Mike Pompeo was President Trump’s first CIA director, followed by Gina Haspel. I was told Haspel refused to release these documents. As more whistleblowers come forward, the story will continue to be told about what actually happened and why, here we are in 2025, we still need to shine a light on the truth. Documented evidence and proof matter because they show this wasn’t a concoction; most importantly, they can drive accountability.
Glenn Beck: Fox News had an exclusive saying Kash Patel found thousands of sensitive documents related to the origins of the Trump–Russia probe buried in multiple burn bags in secret rooms inside the bureau. What is a burn bag? Tulsi Gabbard: A burn bag is something you’ll find in many offices throughout the intelligence community. If I have a highly classified document, I read it, review it, and when I’m done, my copy can go in the burn bag to ensure it doesn’t end up in the wrong hands or get disclosed without authorization. It’s very different if someone uses a burn bag to get rid of evidence that maybe exists only in one copy and then hides it in a secret room in the FBI. That’s a tactic bad actors have used to get rid of evidence. Another tactic is over–classifying information. This happened with the Steele dossier. It was already publicized as discredited, but Brennan and Clapper used it as a source for an intelligence assessment full of falsehoods. They didn’t want anyone to know they used it, so they over–classified it in a way that less than ten people could access it. Then they locked up the only hard copy documents; it didn’t exist digitally. The document that exposed this was the one we released. They locked that document and the five copies in a safe. It had never been seen publicly, and many in government had not seen it until we released it.
Glenn Beck: John Ratcliffe said there’s more declassification coming that shows how deep this went. He said it’s stunning. Any idea on the timeline? Tulsi Gabbard: It’s going through the declassification process now. I expect it to be released very soon. The document will speak for itself. It will confirm what many have known but will connect dots that haven’t been revealed in public before.
Glenn Beck: Are you sensing something? Mark Elias stopped posting on X, Brennan has lawyered up, John Kerry made his account private, Peter Strzok deleted his entire X history. Do they feel the walls are closing in? In my view that’s the only way to read this; those who are truly innocent wouldn’t take those actions. Tulsi Gabbard: Once again, this is why it’s so important to declassify this information. Getting the truth out is essential. For anyone who is even mildly objective, it’s irrefutable and undeniable. It can be used—and is being reviewed by the Department of Justice—to bring accountability for those involved.
Glenn Beck: We were talking before we went on the air. I’m struggling with my job right now because at times it doesn’t seem like it’s worth it. It feels like it makes no difference because I don’t know what I believe anymore. I don’t know what’s true. I can’t sit on the air and talk about problems if there’s no solution. It feels insane, doing the same thing over and over, beating your head against the wall and saying, “Here’s proof, here’s proof,” and nothing happens. Do you sense that? Do the people around you understand how dangerous it is for the country if people no longer believe there’s justice on any front? Tulsi Gabbard: First, Glenn, let me tell you how important your voice is. I’m serious. I’m not patronizing. Your voice and voices like yours can reach and impact people from all political stripes, background, and walks of life across the country who aren’t paying close attention. Your ability to communicate is the first challenge: explain why Americans should care about this at all. The implications of what we have exposed truly matter—not just for President Trump, Republicans, or Democrats, but for the integrity of our democratic republic and the tactics being used by the deep state to subvert the will of the American people. President Obama and his cohort were not happy that President Trump got elected. So, we need to make clear the implications for our republic. The second piece is accountability. Our system is set up the way it is by visionary founding fathers. We must fulfill our duty focused on the Constitution and provide a mechanism for accountability. Americans have always recognized the power of their voices. We need to call for necessary action to begin restoring that trust.
Glenn Beck: Dan Bongino posted a cryptic message on X. He said what he found out at the FBI shocked him to the core. “We cannot run a republic like this and I’ll never be the same after learning what I’ve learned.” I’m not expecting you to answer for him, but have you felt that way when you’ve gotten in there? Tulsi Gabbard: I have seen up close the tactics used by those who care more for themselves—their ambition, job, influence, political interests, selfish self‑serving interests— than the Constitution. Every law enforcement and intelligence professional swears an oath just as I have, in uniform and in Congress, to support and defend the Constitution. That’s why what we’re doing matters. Yes, I have frustrations. But my resolve is focused and rooted in my love for our country and the principles it was founded upon. I feel the responsibility to do something about what we are revealing and experiencing firsthand. It’s heavy, but it’s an awesome responsibility, and I spend every day doing my best to fulfill it.
