This setup allows fans of The Confessor to experience the aftermath of events from the first book and anticipate developments in The Rival.

Logan Hollister has completed 17 chapters of The Rival, with a November release planned. The WLTLH site provides ongoing updates as he writes, including new reports on the murder investigation.

“The first story is about Raymond Delgado,” the newsroom states, noting that the retirement gala “takes a very bad turn.” Visitors are encouraged to share theories and return for subsequent reports. This initiative follows Hollister’s previous use of a similar platform in The Confessor series.
