More details have emerged about Anibal Hernandez-Santana, the suspect accused of shooting at an ABC TV station in Sacramento. A threatening note was discovered in his car, targeting three Trump-aligned FBI officials: Kash Patel, Dan Bongino, and Pam Bondi, warning they are “next.” The note was signed “C.K. from above,” referencing Charlie Kirk.

Hernandez-Santana, whose social media posts included anti-Trump and anti-MAGA content, was initially released by California authorities but later re-arrested by the FBI. He now faces federal charges including possessing a firearm in a school zone, discharging a weapon in a school zone, and interfering with a radio communication station.

According to court documents, on September 19, Hernandez-Santana fired shots at the KXTV/ABC 10 station in Sacramento. A handwritten note found in his car stated: “For hiding Epstein & ignoring red flags. Do not support Patel, Bongino, & AG Pam Bondi. They’re next. – C.K. from above.” Law enforcement also discovered a planner with the entry “Do the Next Scary Thing” at his home.

Hernandez-Santana is scheduled for an initial court appearance on September 22. If convicted, he could face up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine for firearm charges, plus one year and $10,000 for interfering with radio communications. The case was investigated by the FBI, with Assistant U.S. Attorney Elliot Wong prosecuting.
