President Donald Trump is set to appear on “60 Minutes” for the first time since settling a legal dispute with CBS parent company Paramount over a 2024 interview involving Kamala Harris. The exclusive interview, conducted by anchor Norah O’Donnell, will air on Sunday.

Trump announced the appearance via Truth Social, writing: “I will be interviewed tomorrow night on 60 Minutes. Enjoy!!!” The conversation is expected to cover topics including Chinese President Xi Jinping, Venezuela, Israel, government shutdowns, immigration, and the National Guard.

This marks Trump’s first “60 Minutes” interview in five years and follows a $16 million settlement with Paramount over claims that a 2024 Harris interview was misleadingly edited to favor his opponent. The agreement did not include an apology.

The interview comes as CBS News continues efforts to reconcile with Trump, who has frequently criticized the network as part of the “fake news media.” Recent interactions between Trump and Paramount CEO David Ellison and Oracle co-founder Larry Ellison highlighted a thawing relationship.

The broadcast is scheduled for Sunday, Nov. 2, at 7:30 p.m. ET/PT, following NFL football on CBS Television Network and Paramount+. The network has also pledged to release unedited transcripts of future presidential interviews.
