The FBI has uncovered an alleged plot involving 23 individuals to carry out coordinated drone and sniper attacks on President Trump’s White House UFC event, according to a federal criminal complaint and affidavit filed in the Southern District of Ohio.

Federal authorities became aware of the threat on June 10, 2026, and executed a multi-state operation that ultimately stopped the alleged attack before it could take place. The complaint details charges against Tycen Proper, who allegedly planned the assault with unidentified co-conspirators. According to the affidavit, Proper had become increasingly isolated from his family, spent significant time online communicating with unknown individuals, and made statements sympathetic to Adolf Hitler as well as anti-Semitic remarks on social media platforms.

On June 11, 2026, investigators executed a search warrant on Proper’s seized Apple iPhone, which revealed Signal group chats outlining detailed tactical planning for the attack. The chats included imagery of the National Capitol Region, maps identifying potential drone launch sites and sniper positions, and discussions about coordinating crowd movement during the event.

Proper admitted to planning an operation that would involve small unmanned aircraft carrying explosive devices detonated over the north side of the White House lawn. This would force attendees and high-value targets—including politicians and wealthy individuals—to flee toward the south, where snipers would target them as they evacuated. The alleged plot was designed to “jumpstart” a revolution in the United States.

The FBI asserts that the threat was detected and neutralized prior to the event scheduled for June 14, 2026.
