The event featured Venezuelan commanders delivering a clear message: “WE ARE READY FOR A PROLONGED WAR.” The forces emphasized their readiness under a “tactical resistance” doctrine, blending soldiers and civilians into unified combat units prepared for long-term conflict. They declared Venezuela’s strength lies in the fusion of armed forces with its people.

The military showcased advanced weaponry including rockets, missiles, and training protocols for both conventional and irregular warfare, reinforcing a stance that portrays the nation as primed to defend itself against foreign intervention—especially from the U.S.—at any cost.
