The organization, founded by Charlie Kirk, promotes values such as faith in God, marriage and family, patriotism, personal responsibility, and cultural activism. Critics argue these ideas are being labeled as extremist by far-left groups.

The ADL’s classification has drawn sharp criticism, with some accusing the organization of misrepresenting conservative ideals. A breakdown of Charlie Kirk’s messaging highlights themes including reliance on Judeo-Christian values, encouragement of early marriage and family life, defense of constitutional liberties, promotion of entrepreneurship, and advocacy for student-led activism against “woke” ideology.

The ADL also categorizes the phrase “America First” as hate speech, while its website defines the numeric symbol 83 as a white supremacist term linked to groups like Christian Identity. The organization’s stance has fueled debate over what constitutes extremism, with some questioning whether mainstream conservative values are being unfairly targeted.
