Around midnight on Wednesday, conservative reporter Katie Daviscourt was violently attacked by an individual affiliated with Antifa on the streets of Portland, Oregon. Daviscourt, who works for The Post Millennial, was struck in the face with a flag pole by a female suspect identified as an Antifa “protestor.”

Daviscourt shared video footage of the incident on her X page, documenting the assault. After the attack, she pursued the assailant through the streets, but local law enforcement failed to intervene. The attacker eventually fled into a nearby “safe house.” Daviscourt sustained a severe black eye and posted a photo of the injury shortly after the incident.

Later that day, she appeared on Jack Posobiec’s show to discuss the attack, noting that her injury had worsened. She criticized Portland police for their inaction, stating that officers refused to arrest the suspect despite her providing details about the attacker’s location. Daviscourt also addressed Jesse Watters of Fox News, emphasizing the lack of accountability from authorities.

“I ran straight to a Portland police officer,” she said. “I tracked the suspect for 35 minutes through the streets and told them, ‘This is the person who attacked me.’ Three officers stood there and refused to arrest her.” She called for the resignation of Portland’s police chief, labeling him an ineffective leader, and demanded federal intervention to address the situation.

The incident has sparked calls for stricter measures against what some describe as Antifa-related violence in the region.
